I'm known as "Nonnie" to my dear grandchildren. One day I noticed I was referring to myself as "Nonnie" to my puppies as well. So Nonnie's Maltepoos came into existance in a very fun and loving way....the same way I raise my puppies.
My Maltepoo puppies all originated from beautiful AKC parents. But because the Maltepoo is a cross between a poodle and a maltese their Maltepoo babies are not registered. I find the blending of these two pretty breeds produces gorgeous little babies with excellent temperment...a true joy to raise and love.
My babies do not leave me until atleast 8-10 weeks old. Maybe a little longer for the extremely tiny ones. They all receive up to date shots for their age and are vet checked.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:I was recently the victim of fraudulent internet practices! I will soon be adding a page about how all of us, breeders and puppy buyers alike, can protect ourselves from these unscrupulous people. Until then, please note, Nonnie's Maltepoos is a small home based breeder! I NEVER place or list my puppies with a puppy broker! Nonnie's Maltepoo Puppies are available only from "ME" and to responsible homes "I" personally approve.
I recently had pictures stolen from my web site and listed on a Puppy Broker web site. Imagine my dismay! These puppy photos were taken without my knowledge or permission. Obviously, if someone had sent that broker money to purchase that puppy, they were being scammed. Those puppies are either here with me or already placed in loving homes by me.
Anyone seeing photos of my dogs or puppies on a broker site or listed for sale by someone else...PLEASE CONTACT ME!
I would be happy to discuss illegal tactics being used to sell puppies by less than honest breeders with you. Please call and I'll let you know what I know about some of these circumstances I've encountered. Whether you are thinking of purchasing a puppy from me or another breeder, be careful! Ask a lot of questions. Honest breeders don't mind answering questions! Be prepared to answer a few questions, I ask them for the safety of my puppies.
Purchasing a puppy 'online' can be a wonderful experience. Internet allows us to look for just the right puppy. BUT be smart about it! E-mail or call me for more info.
To all you SCAMMERS....I will forward your scam emails to the FBI and their fraud dept. if you waste my time with your junk.
I will not accept money-orders, cashier checks or personal checks for more than the amount of a puppy... I will not take "my share" and forward the rest to your shipping agent. I will not even deal with a shipping agent.
I do not want to invest a million dollars in my dead uncles business. I don't even have an uncle worth a million dollars and if I did, I'm sure he wouldn't be living in Nigeria... He'd be living in Chattanooga.
So, are we clear on the scamming emails ? Good.
